ROYAL ENFIELD SUPER METEOR 650

The Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 is a modern cruiser celebrated for its accessible twin-cylinder power and comfortable touring geometry. While it offers a relaxed stance and classic styling cues, there was room to push its character even further. Purpose Built Moto took this fresh platform and transformed it into a svelte, vintage-inspired custom that blends timeless aesthetic with modern performance.

We stripped away nearly 80 kilograms from the stock configuration, bringing the bike down to an agile 157 kg and sharpening its road feel. The original twin-shock arrangement gave way to a bespoke monoshock setup, complemented by a hand-built girder fork—a nod to historic Royal Enfields—engineered with updated geometry for improved handling. The engine remains the capable 648 cc parallel twin, but breathes more freely through metal-spun velocity stacks and a custom fishtail exhaust.

A handcrafted aluminum fuel tank narrows the silhouette, highlighting the engine while echoing Royal Enfield’s heritage lines. Meanwhile, an “oil-in-frame” design eliminates bulky cooling hardware, accentuating the bike’s minimalist form. Purpose Built Moto’s custom finishing touches—from a bobber-style seat to subtle modern LED lighting—wrap the build in a refined vintage spirit.

With these upgrades, Project Delta marries old-world design cues and state-of-the-art craftsmanship, evolving the Super Meteor 650 into a leaner, more engaging machine ready for modern roads.
