RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you receive any products or merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days after you receive the item in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund.
All returns MUST be authorised by Purpose Built Moto before goods are returned. Please email us and we will work with you to find the best outcome for you.
In order to receive a product exchange or refund, please get in touch so we can approve the return. We then ask that you send the unwanted/faulty product back to us. Once we receive it, we will then refund or exchange as agreed with you.
If you want to exchange your product, the best way to secure the new item is if you place a new order now to re-purchase the correct item to get it on the way to you ASAP. Once we receive the returned item, we will then credit or refund that for you right away.
All items returned for refund or credit must be returned in the original condition (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or your return may not be accepted (unless faulty). All apparel items must be unworn and in new condition.
All our products are under warranty for 1 year after purchase date. If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact us before sending the item back. If emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures/videos of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved.
Please note that we won’t be liable for any product faults associated with poor user handling or installation.
In cases where a faulty item was received, a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed to cover the return costs on the faulty item. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames providing the item is still under warranty.
We aim to have your refund processed within 72 hours of receiving; however some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed on a regular basis via email updates.
If your order arrives damaged in transit please take photos of the damage and email them to us before and after opening the packaging to ensure the correct procedure is followed when rectifying the situation.
If you are returning an item for exchange, please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs involved in the return, as well as the shipping costs to send the new item back to you.
If you are returning a faulty item, we will cover the cost of sending you a replacement and send you a shipping label so you can send the faulty item back to us.
If we sent you the wrong item, we will send you a shipping label so you can post the wrong item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will post the correct item to you and cover shipping costs associated with that delivery.
Please note that our parcels are not insured. In the event of your parcel getting lost in transit, we will offer you a 50% off to repurchase your parts. You will have to cover the shipping cost.
Customers from the UK: please note that from January 2021 we won’t be responsible for VAT incurring costs and these will be your responsibility.
