The Ducati 900SS is an iconic sport bike known for its powerful V-twin engine and aggressive styling. In its factory form, it excels on twisty roads but is weighed down by aging components and dated aesthetics. Purpose Built Moto gave this machine a full carbon fiber makeover, reducing weight and sharpening its performance.
The build includes custom carbon fiber bodywork, shedding unnecessary bulk and enhancing agility. The suspension was dialed in to improve handling, making cornering more responsive and precise. We added a Flashpoint Classic LED Headlight and Hollow Tip Indicators to modernize the bike’s lighting while keeping a clean profile. For both sound and performance, a custom twin exhaust system was fitted, giving the bike a more aggressive tone. Clip-on handlebars and a custom seat complete the café racer transformation.
This rebuild takes the 900SS to a whole new level—lighter, faster, and ready to tear through both street and track.
