ROYAL ENFIELD INTERCEPTOR SCRAMBLER

The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 is a dependable and easy-going twin, known for its retro styling and smooth power delivery. It’s a great all-rounder, perfect for road cruising, but it struggles when pushed onto rougher terrain due to limited suspension travel and ground clearance. Purpose Built Moto took on the challenge of turning this roadster into a capable scrambler built to handle both dirt and tarmac.

To improve off-road capability, we swapped in wide custom wheels for better grip and stability on loose surfaces. The suspension was upgraded with extra travel to handle rough trails without sacrificing on-road comfort. For visibility, a Flashpoint LED Headlight was installed, offering improved lighting for night rides while keeping the front end tidy. We also designed a custom seat for a more upright, scrambler-appropriate riding posture, ensuring all-day comfort on mixed terrain.

These upgrades gave the Interceptor a whole new character—turning a relaxed cruiser into a rugged, all-terrain scrambler that’s ready for adventure.
