I purchased this light as part of a fully custom headlamp and instrument cluster I am building for a BMW R1150R. The build quality is exceptional, and it seems very bright. I appreciate the flexibility of the mounting options this headlamp provides, having both a lower mounting point and two side points provides a lot of options that make it a great fit for custom applications. It also has a form factor that is very conducive to packaging multiple custom components together tightly, as the back does not protrude much relative to the mounting points.
I also asked Tom several questions about the product before and after ordering, and he was always responsive and helpful. Because of the product quality, the videos he produces, and his responsiveness, this site has become one that I regularly check on for new products and ideas, and recommend to others as a resource for parts on a custom project.
My only complaint with this product is I would like to see more dimensions and measurements in the product page, as I had to wait until I had the part in hand to finalize some details of the parts I am designing and fabricating. It’s a rather minor issue, but I want to point it out for review purposes.

Beautiful headlight. Super bright and very easy to install. I coupled it with the black dome indicators and it looks awesome. This gear is high quality and still priced fairly. I love the instructions and advice that the company gives too.
