DUCATI SPORT CLASSIC 1000S BUILD
We've worked on more Ducati Sport Classics than any other Ducati model. There's just something about the 2-valve, air-cooled 1000—its style, how it rides, and the way it responds to a bit of PBM magic. When Jeff approached us to revive his cherished 2008 Sport Classic 1000S, he knew our process. The goal was simple: retain the heart of this iconic bike while pushing its performance, refining its style, and truly unleashing what makes it special. The result is a jaw-dropping custom build that’s ready for anything, from a casual cruise to a full-throttle canyon carving.

THE GOLD STANDARD
This Ducati is packed with custom touches and high-performance upgrades. We started with a reinforced front fairing and a set of Jonich Exagon Design wheels—a striking blend of classic spokes and modern design, anodized in gold with polished stainless steel, accented by a single gold-coated spoke in each set. The tail section was meticulously hand-fabricated in aluminium, creating a slimmer, factory-upgrade look that balances the bike’s muscular front. You'll also find custom hydroformed stainless steel mufflers—a unique PBM touch that not only looks incredible but helps the bike dyno-tune at a lively 95HP. The suspension was fully upgraded with Ohlins cartridges and TTX shocks, ensuring a ride that matches its aggressive looks. This build is a testament to blending iconic Ducati style with serious performance and unique PBM craftsmanship.
