SUZUKI GN250 SCRAMBLER

The Suzuki GN250 is a solid, no-fuss commuter bike, perfect for beginners or short trips around town. While it's dependable and easy to ride, the GN250 in stock form isn’t designed to handle much beyond smooth roads. Purpose Built Moto took this simple machine and gave it a full scrambler conversion, boosting its performance and off-road capability while keeping its lightweight, rider-friendly nature intact.

We rebuilt the engine, giving it new life with improved responsiveness thanks to a Mikuni carburetor and upgraded air filter. A custom 2-into-1 exhaust system with a high-clearance design added a deeper, more aggressive tone and increased power. To handle rougher terrain, the stock suspension was swapped out for longer YSS rear shocks and stiffened front forks, raising the bike's stance and improving its control on dirt and gravel.

The wheels were upgraded to 19-inch front and 18-inch rear, fitted with Pirelli Scorpion Rally tires for better grip off-road. Lighting was updated with a 5.75" Flashpoint LED Headlight and LED indicators, giving the bike a clean, modern look while improving visibility. Custom fabrication on the rear frame and a slim, hand-crafted seat completed the transformation.

With these changes, the GN250 went from an everyday commuter to a capable scrambler that’s built to be ridden wherever the road ends.
